The seminar is designed for professionals and managers in companies and other organisations who are responsible for psychological safety and required to deal with concerning or high-risk behaviour within the organisation. It addresses a broad spectrum of workplace violence, including stalking, bullying, intimidation, threatening behaviour, anonymous threats, and persistent complaining. The seminar will be relevant for members of crisis or threat assessment teams, as well as for compliance professionals, HR managers, security and risk professionals, and legal advisors who wish to improve their knowledge of these topics or establish professional structures for prevention and intervention in their organisations.Participants will acquire in-depth expertise on the different forms of workplace violence, the roots of this phenomenon, and its impact on individuals as well as on the organisation as a whole.
