Crash Course in English: Project Management - Contents of IPMA Level D compact

Preparation for IPMA Level C course.

Target group

You do not have an IPMA Level D certification and wish to enter a course leading to IPMA Level C or Level B certification.

You need at least 3 years of professional experience in a responsible project management role for moderately complex projects or in a responsible sub-project leadership role for complex projects.

Course goals

Experienced trainers will teach you the contents and requirements of the IPMA Level D according to the Individual Competence Baseline ICB4: contextual competencies (Perspective), personal and social competencies (People), as well as methodological and technical competencies (Practice).

• You will receive a comprehensive overview of the contents of IPMA Level D.
• You will be able to use the correct technical vocabulary.
• You can then seamlessly enter an IPMA Level C/B course.

The course is held in a Live-online format, over 3 consecutive days.
